BrandMappr — Data Source Attribution & License Notices

BrandMappr location data is reconciled from the following sources. These
notices apply to data delivered via the BrandMappr API, CSV/GeoJSON
downloads, and rendered map images. This file is referenced by the
X-Attribution response header.

1. Overture Maps Foundation — Places theme

   License: CDLA Permissive 2.0 (https://cdla.dev/permissive-2-0/)
   Portions of the Overture Places data are contributed by Foursquare
   Labs, Inc. and licensed under Apache License 2.0

   NOTICE (CDLA-Permissive-2.0): BrandMappr modifies the source data
   (normalization, deduplication, cross-source reconciliation, confidence
   scoring). Delivered records are derived from, and are not identical
   to, the upstream Overture release.

2. Foursquare Open Source Places
   https://opensource.foursquare.com/os-places/
   License: Apache License 2.0

3. All The Places
   https://www.alltheplaces.xyz
   License: CC0 1.0 Universal (public domain dedication) for the data
   produced by the All The Places spiders.

4. OpenStreetMap (map images and basemap only)

   © OpenStreetMap contributors, Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0.
   OpenStreetMap-derived records appear ONLY in rendered map images
   (ODbL "Produced Works") and in the basemap tiles. They are not
   included in CSV/GeoJSON/JSON data deliverables.
